Bone reduction redefined for modern dentistry

Yomi Bone Reduction is a comprehensive planning and surgical solution designed to help clinical teams perform alveoloplasty confidently and efficiently.

Guided bone reduction

Setting a new treatment standard for alveoloplasty

YomiPlan software gives you complete control before surgery begins. Visualize bone anatomy, design your reduction strategy, and execute with confidence.

Tap into the precision and accuracy of robotic assistance for this critical phase of many full-arch cases. Our CT-based solution makes it easy to achieve the smooth ridge that’s necessary for predictable, long-lasting restorative outcomes – without a physical guide.

Capabilities

What Yomi Bone Reduction delivers

The system combines intelligent planning software with robotic precision to streamline your bone reduction procedures. Every case benefits from enhanced accuracy and reproducibility.

Intuitive, precise planning

Our interactive planning software allows you to analyze a patient’s CT scan from every angle and outline the desired reduction area. If any boundaries are too close to a nerve or sinus, Yomi can alert you.
Once you’ve defined the resection area, you can plan the position, angulation, and depth of implants based on the new ridge. The shoulder of each implant automatically defaults to the base of the reduction volume, but depth can be adjusted as needed.

Surgical accuracy

Yomi provides haptic feedback to prevent the user from moving the cutting bur beyond the resection boundaries they’ve defined in their treatment plan – in the same way the system’s guide arm won’t allow a clinician to deviate from their intended position, angulation, or depth when drilling an osteotomy.

Ease of use

During a procedure, an on-screen rendering of the resection volume allows you to quickly reference your progress to plan in real time. Once the bone reduction phase of a case is complete, Yomi can easily be configured for implant placement.

Free from static guides

Unlike physical guides, robot-assisted alveoloplasty enables you to freely visualize, irrigate, and palpate the surgical site as well as modify your treatment plan on the go without sacrificing accuracy. Plus, you can say goodbye to the wait time and costs associated with surgical guides.

Bone reduction is a game-changer

Hear from those who trust Yomi

Yomi allows me to deliver quality treatment with unsurpassed levels of accuracy and precision. As great as this technology is today, I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Yomi. It’s a true game-changer for dental surgery.
Yomi gives you all the benefits of a guide without any of the complications. It’s the perfect surgical guide without a guide in the way causing all kinds of headaches when it comes to seating, visibility, and drill access.
Yomi has changed our practice in so many ways. When patients come to us looking for full-mouth implants, we can deliver accuracy and precision without having to wait weeks and spend thousands on surgical guides. We’re now able to deliver high quality care, faster.
The splints are extremely stable and easy to use. Additionally, there’s excellent visibility in the surgical field you can’t get with any guide available today. I’ve been placing implants for more than 30 years, and there’s no doubt in my mind that Yomi has set the standard for multi-implant cases.
The software, which is always being updated, allows you to place implants precisely where you want and easily make adjustments on the fly. Yomi helps me practice at a higher level and allows my team to feel better about the services we provide.
Yomi allows you to feel if you’re going in the right direction. If you’re going in the wrong direction, you’ll feel resistance. It shows the surgeon exactly which direction to go to place the implant.
With Yomi, you’re not just buying a piece of equipment. You’re investing in a unified software and hardware platform that’s constantly evolving. I think of it in the same way I think about a Tesla or an iPhone.

Robot-assisted surgery will soon be the standard of care in dentistry. Clinicians have a choice to be part of this evolution now or later. The earlier you get on board, the sooner you’ll be providing your patients with optimal treatment.
The clinical training and support we’ve received from Neocis has been way beyond what I expected. They are committed to making sure the doctors they work with are properly trained on Yomi and getting the best use out of this tool.
Many of my colleagues have asked me if I think Yomi is worth it. I say with no hesitation that it is. Since purchasing the system, my full-arch cases have more than doubled, and I’m on track to raise my implant volume by over 60% this year.
Yomi has helped our team increase case acceptance by nearly 30%. With the help of Neocis, we’ve been able to reach new levels of efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
